Pinboards
Pinboards, flipcharts, etc. - without them, our everyday life in the office would hardly be possible. They are used to record important things, to remind people of them or to present them to others. The problem is that if you have a lot to write down, you usually can't do anything with a conventional pin board, it fills up in no time and can only be "emptied" again with difficulty. Flipcharts are then often used for such tasks. They resemble large drawing pads, also consist of many sheets of paper and are set up freely in the room with a stand. However, for real frequent writers, the sheets contained are quickly filled up, so that new flipcharts have to be constantly reordered.
Magnetic boards
So why not just put it in a Magnetic board invest. It is made of decorative and noble metal and you can attach to your by means of simple Magnets attach everything you need for everyday work. By the way, these simple magnets are also called memo magnets.
School magnets
In school, magnets are used for several purposes. On the one hand, they can fulfil purely practical tasks, e.g. as blackboard magnets. On the other hand, they can also be used for teaching purposes, for example as experimental objects in physics lessons. School magnets almost always have a practical marking, with the positive pole always in red and the negative pole usually in green. However, not only the pole caps are painted here, but the entire pole side of the magnet in each case. In this way, the pupils can immediately understand where the field of force runs around the pole.
For school, there are either individual magnets or magnets in a practical set or as a class set. It makes sense to purchase a complete set, as this usually contains a whole range of different types of magnets, which can then be used to carry out the various experiments. For example, a horseshoe magnet, a bar magnet, a ring magnet, etc. are included. Sometimes sets with school magnets are also supplied with additional accessories, for example a bag of iron filings with which the Magnetic field can be made visible.
Magnetic strips
In addition, magnetic bars can also be purchased in foldable form. These are two strips that are connected with a joint. Between the bars, sheets, graphics, photos, etc. can be clamped, the magnetic force holds the bars together and ensures that nothing falls out. Magnetic strips are enormously practical for attaching objects to the wall without the need for tacks, glue or the like.
Magnetic glass boards
The good old metal pinboard with magnets is still used in many offices. Visually much more beautiful and just as practical, however, are magnetic glass boards, which are also called glass pinboards. This is a large glass plate that is attached to the wall just like a conventional magnetic pinboard made of metal. Behind the cover glass is a thin metal layer, so that on the front of glass any objects can be attached with small magnets. Often special magnets are used for this, which are also enclosed in glass and thus offer a particularly beautiful appearance.
Even though magnetic fastening systems are now standard in offices, you should be careful - at least with strong magnets. Magnetic pin boards etc. are usually equipped with weak magnets and cannot harm the office equipment. So-called super magnets are different. Their magnetic force is sufficient to completely erase a data carrier, for example, if they only come close to it. You should therefore avoid using supermagnets in the office if possible, at least not where there are sensitive other materials such as data carriers, mobile phones, computers, etc.
Conclusion: Magnets are an extremely practical thing for the office!
What would the modern office and school be without the use of magnets? Presentations, clear pin boards or the use in school for experimental purposes - magnets are the practical companions of our everyday life, which you certainly do not want to miss anymore!
