What does the term dimensional tolerance mean for magnets?

The magnets are manufactured in batches and during machining the tolerance determines the maximum and minimum allowable size.
Neodymium magnets have a standard tolerance of +/- 0.1mm, although +/- 0.05mm can be achieved.
